Automotive Detailing FAQs

  • Can you get out scratches?

Well, it all depends. We have master paint correctors, wet sand and buffing specialist on

our property so if someone can get it out you are looking at the right people to do so. It just depends on how deep the scratch is. Most of the time you can get your vehicle fixed for three times less than getting it painted if we wet sanded it and buffed it out. The easiest way to tell if we can get the scratch out is if you take your finger nail and go over the scratch. If you nail gets caught then we probably cant get it out. If it does not then you

are in luck. We can save you a lot of money. The other rule of thumb, if you see metal… it is too deep to fix.

  • What details do you offer?

How much do you want to read. Yes, we offer that much. We offer basic exterior washes to full restoration detail services. We deal with your daily driver and one of a kind vehicles that you don’t even want to know the price tag on. We also specialize in reselling of vehicles. Our crew is highly experienced in dealerships. We know what they look for so you can get the most out of your car. Your kids spill something in the car, we can not

only get the stain out but we can run our machines to get the odors out as well. Your best bet is to call us, talk our ear off and we will get you in the package that fits your needs.

  • Do you do odor removal and sterilization?

Yes, yes, a thousand times yes. We have animals we mean kids we are sorry. HA HA. We know how it goes. The spills, the hidden chicken nuggets from last year, the milk, oh god the milk. We can clean your vehicle and run our specialize odor removal machines to get that funky smell out of there. If you inherited your great aunt Elma’s 98 Honda civic, we are jealous first of all but not of that chain smoking smell in there. We can get that out. Or how about you went fishing, had a little too good of a time, wake up the next morning and realized you stubbled in the house and forgot you left the bait in the car. We got that

    covered to.

Someone you know got in your car with the funk. They were sick, coughing and touching

everything while you hand the windows rolled done trying to breath through your nose. No one wants to be sick, so we can sanitize the vehicle and make sure those pesky little

    germs don’t effect anyone else.

  • Can you get pet hair out?

Oh how we love pet hair. You can just have a lot of hair and shed or bring your dog with you everywhere you go. The hair in your car is so bad that you cant even get out of your car without looking like cousin it yourself. Guess what? We can remove all that hair. The problem is that the hairs are just not on the surface but they are embedded in the fibers of the carpet and seats. No amount of vacuuming will get that out. We have the equipment and muscles to do it for you.

  • What is claying?

We like to describe claying as a pad or piece of clay. Yes, it is really advanced right. It kind of looks like a hard piece of play doh. But this wonder product gets rid of all the gunk off our vehicles paint. When you touch your car does it feel rough or smooth? If it is rough, you are in serious need of some clay and wax. That rough stuff you are feeling is probably the salt water in this fine state of Florida we live in, the pollen that seems to

be falling like snow, and other hard contaminants that we can’t get off with normal washing. It makes your car panels all nice and smooth feeling after we use it.

  • What products do you use?

Well, we sure do not go to Walmart or our local auto part store and get them that is for sure. Even though there are a lot of great products on the market we only use commercial grade detailing products. We stay up to date with the products on the market by going to conventions, trainings, and events throughout the year. We test them for a while before we even think of putting them on a customer’s vehicle so, we have the best products to offer our customers. We even have spot free water because we all know that Florida water

is the best in the country right. Your vehicle deserves the best so that is what we give it.

  • How do you wax a car?

So, we take that old metal can of turtle wax…… Stop it. How do we wax a car they say? You might think this is funny to be on this list but it is true. We get asked this question a lot. Or we have those YouTube certified professional detailers that send us videos on “how to” do something. We offer a lot of services and that doesn’t stop with the wax

either. We offer a variety of waxes that get applied by hand and machines. These technology enhanced machines are so good that you can let the buffer sit on your vehicle in one spot and it will NEVER burn your paint. We offer upgraded waxes like our ceramic spray wax that can get applied the good old fashion way of our hands and we

offer ceramic coatings. We do not really consider that a wax in the auto detailing world but it is a protected layer on your paint so we just decided to throw it in this answer.

  • How long does wax last?

Well it really all depends on you, where you park your vehicle and what kind of wax you put on

your vehicle. We have waxes that can last over six months, but we will not guarantee that if you

park your black Chevy Duramax outside in the all day every day. We would tell you that you should have your vehicle waxed every 3 months max if your car sits outside. If you keep your vehicle in a garage then we would tell you to not waste your money and save it. Get your vehicle

    done every 4-5 months.

Ceramic Coating FAQs

  • What is ceramic coating?

Ceramic Coating is the mother all of protection. It a multi-layer able clear liquid nano ceramic coating. When it is cured it will become a permanent, but flexible glass shield. We describe it as an additional clear coat on your products. So, in other words this is a protective coating that you can put on pretty much anything. It protects your vehicle from the harsh weather and repels water and dirt more than any product on the market.

  • What is the difference between ceramic coating and wax?

In one word EVERYTHING. Ceramic coating will bond to your paint and harden causing a shield of protection where wax sits on top of your paint and will wear off over a short amount of time. Wax is not a permanent solution, ceramic is. Also the added benefit, you will never have to wax your vehicle again, your paint is more vibrant and it is easier to clean.

  • What are the benefits of ceramic coating?

There are so many benefits to ceramic coating, and there are thousands of articles about it. Let us start with that it will protect your vehicle against that nasty Florida sun. You get inside your vehicle and touch the steering wheel on a hot day it feels like you have third degree burns and that is on the inside of your vehicle. That sun is a brutal beast and it seems to be getting worse every year. Ceramic coating will protect the cars paint from

fading and oxidizing. When you look at your vehicle and it is not glossy anymore. That mean it is oxidizing. It most of the time looks chaulky. That is caused from the sun eating its way through your clear coat and paint. We would say ceramic is a must if you live in any area but especially in our sunshine state. If you keep your car parked outside then hands down why don’t you have it.

  • How do I maintain my ceramic coating once I get it?

Having ceramic is one of the easiest ways to wash your vehicle. A simple rinse will do it. Heck sometimes when it rains your car will look freshly washed. You think we are kidding we have some stories to tell you. If you are like us however and you want to do a little more than that, check out our recommended products!

  • What can you ceramic coat?

We are 100% honest when we tell you anything. You would think that our most popular ceramic jobs are vehicles but that is not true. It is Shoes, Purses and Guns. If you want it to be protected, we can apply it. Ceramic coating can go on vehicles, boats, aircrafts, bathroom showers, counter tops, windows, clothing and so much more. Again ceramic coating protects the surface that it is applied on repelling the dirt and water. So it makes it easier to clean.

  • What does the Ceramic Coating warranty cover?

We offer a lot of different warranties by year. We have everything from a 6-month warranty to a lifetime warranty. Yes, we said LIFETIME. But how Cleanpro how? Well, it all depends on the amount of protection and layers you want on it. The warranty covers the ceramic coverage, it is covered under your automotive insurance, and goes on your Carfax report. The only thing you have to do is come in for a yearly inspection and that’s

    it.

  • What is the price for ceramic coating?

Ceramic ranges in price depending on the vehicle or product you are getting coated. We try our best to accommodate our customers but if you want a vehicle, boat or aircraft coated we have to see it first. If you are really interested in learning about the pricing give us a call or come to one of our locations.

  • Should ceramic coating be applied outside or at your home?

If someone tells you they can ceramic coat your vehicle at your home. Run as fast as you can away. Can it be done? Yes it can but we have over 20 years’ experience in ceramic coating application and are master coaters. Remember ceramic is a liquid form that hardens as it cures. If someone was outside or in your garage doing it all the dirt, pollen and stuff in the air will get on the ceramic and be stuck in between each layer. It would be

like painting a vehicle outside. NO BUENO my friends. If you want to pay for that investment go to a certified applicator that has a designated clean room inside a building to do so. Remember you can have a mobile person do it to save you some money but you get what you pay for. We have a mobile fleet as well and we will NEVER ceramic coat anything unless it is at one of our locations.

It can take a beating.
